Robin Shrode, Co-Founder


Robin is a teacher at heart with a focus on helping organizations improve so that each educator and student experiences teaching and learning in the most effective and efficient system possible. How we learn and what we learn is changing exponentially in the 21st century. We have the exciting opportunity to apply what we know about how this generation of students learn inside and outside the classroom and how we should fundamentally think differently about lesson design.  As a much sought after coach, trainer, instructional design specialist and systems thinker, Robin supports and fosters a growth mindset in district and campus leadership, teachers and counselors from both an individual and systems perspective. On her journey to becoming an educational consultant Robin also carried the titles of classroom teacher, school counselor, and administrator of school improvement and professional development programs. In 2016, Robin was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Career Academy Coalition.  She lives with her husband and two dogs in Rockwall, TX and is the proud grandmother of four beautiful children.

David Holden, Co-Founder


David is a true change agent and a highly effective leader in school reform efforts around the country. As an instructional coach, David works with teachers across all disciplines to refine pedagogy, implement sound instructional and assessment practices, and to develop instructional leadership. In 2006, David co-founded the American Alliance for Innovative Schools, LLC and currently works at the national level with districts in the area of middle/high school reform.

Eric Creeger, Ed.D., Consultant


A professional educator for more than twenty years, Dr. Eric Creeger has been honored as teacher and administrator of the year, served as an instructional technology coordinator, campus level administrator, and program manager for one of the first STEM Academies in the state of Texas.  He has served as an administrator at the Academy of Irving ISD, a nationally recognized smaller learning communities program, developed innovative aviation and biomedical signature study programs, worked in the country’s largest Netzero Middle School, and has teamed with the Texas High School project to create a model STEM academy serving an at risk urban population. 

For the past ten years, Dr. Creeger has also worked as an educational consultant, providing services across the country and internationally on topics such as high school redesign, academic teaming, differentiated instruction, and effective technology integration.  He currently resides in Irving, Texas, with his wife Katie and their two children.

Janet Swan, Consultant


Janet loves to learn and teach and has continued to be involved with education after retiring with 34 years of experience.  While working as a full time educator she was a classroom teacher, campus administrator, and district director of professional learning. For the last seven years she has worked with educators around the country to be the best they can be while working with students. When not connecting with educators, she continually works on connecting with her husband and grandchildren in North Texas.

Bill Althoff, Consultant


Bill Althoff worked 32 years for the Irving Independent School District, a large urban school district located near Dallas, Texas. Bill’s career included positions at every professional level of the school district from teacher to principal to positions in central administration including assistant superintendent. Though the majority of his work was focused on curriculum and instruction, he also held positions in support services and human resources.

Since retiring from full time work, Bill has worked as an educational consultant, served as a state accountability coach, and worked with a teacher alternative certification company.  Bill lives in Texas with his wife, Linda.
